This led to the establishment of ICTV which broadcast heaps of community-produced, Aboriginal language programs through much of remote Australia. Your hope of what may happen in a few years actually used to be a reality, but the establishment of NITV coincided with ICTV's demise. I'll be interested to hear what you reckon of NITV. imho, there's very little in there of relevance to remote Australia and/or Indigenous language speakers.
