By way of example, prostate cancer apparently kills as many men (in Australia) as breast cancer kills women. So I think it's a little deserving of its own little publicity stunt. The rules are to be taken facetiously though. The first time I read them, last year in a participating café (all wait staff were donning mad moes), they had a poster on the wall explaining the rules. They included: *There is to be no contact between the mo and the sideburns. <i>That</i>, ladies and gentlemen, is a 'beard'. *While a small portion of hair directly below the bottom lip, commonly called a 'tickler', is permitted, chin level hair activity connecting either end of the mo is deemed a 'goatee'.
